 FLAIRCO INC. - Founder And President                                     1999– present

Created three successful and distinct divisions within Flairco Inc. over
ten years. Each division is reflective of personal skills and abilities as follows:

 
Flairco Merchandising Division
¬
Invented the Flairco Flair Bottle, Flairco Portable Bar , and award
winning set of training DVDs.
 

¬ Developed the Flairco brand and established a global distribution
network of over 150 distributors
 

¬ Conceptualized and introduced additional products including the FAST Tender training system,
Lighted Flairco Bottles, Bacardi Flair Bottle, Professional Bartender Tool Kit, Floating Shaker Tin bar magic trick.


 Flairco Events Division 
¬ Expanded Flairco brand to incorporate competition and event production.

Hosted a four day trip for two to New York City as part of a Canadian Mist Cocktail contest.
Conducted a training session and tour of New York bars.

Barmetrix Canada- National Director of Training                                             2006-2007
Coordinated with Angus Winchester in both the establishment and launching of a national
bartender training program utilizing the Barmetrix’s bartender training software and
program outline.  

Flair Bartenders Association - Co Founder and Director                                   1998-2005
Contributed in an active role in networking thousands of bartenders globally via the launching
 of the Flair Bartenders Association. Involved in organizing, hosting and announcing many
 international bartending competitions across North America.

SKYY Vodka/ Style Magazine                                                                                              2004
Oversaw and coordinated training over a hundred consumers with ten assistant bartenders at
a consumer cocktail workshop hosted by Style Magazine and Skyy Vodka.
